Platform terms of use DonateursEnLigne
Last updated : 24/07/20261. Platform presentation
DonateursEnLigne is a platform connecting wealthy private donors with beneficiaries (individuals, associations, project holders) seeking financial aid.
The platform acts solely as an intermediary and facilitates exchanges between parties. DonateursEnLigne does not itself disburse funds and does not guarantee obtaining financial aid.

5. Economic model and 1% contribution
Our model: If you receive nothing, you pay nothing.
The 1% contribution on the amount received is our sole source of revenue. It funds the platform's operation, donor verification, moderation and support.
5.1 Contribution terms
- The contribution is calculated at 1% of the total amount received from the donor
- It is due only after actual receipt of the financial aid
- The contribution is automatically deducted from the partner bank account when funds are received. No action on your part is required.
- The beneficiary directly receives the net amount (granted amount minus the 1% contribution)
5.2 Automatic deduction of the contribution
The 1% contribution is automatically deducted by the partner banking institution when funds are received into your account. You have no transfer, no payment and no action to perform. The net amount is directly credited to you.
This automatic deduction is made possible through the exclusive partnership between DonateursEnLigne and the designated banking institution. This is precisely why funds are disbursed only through an account opened with this institution.
5.3 Why is a partner banking institution mandatory?
The beneficiary cannot freely choose the banking institution for receiving funds. This system has been implemented for the following reasons:
- Guaranteed automatic deduction: The partnership with the banking institution enables the automatic deduction of the 1% contribution directly upon receipt of funds. Without this mechanism, the platform could not guarantee the collection of its contribution.
- Securing payments: The use of a partner institution certifies that the funds have actually been credited to the beneficiary's account, through verifiable tracking and receipt confirmation.
- Abuse prevention: In the past, some beneficiaries who received funds in their personal account refused to pay the 1% contribution owed to the platform. Automatic deduction via the partner bank permanently eliminates this risk and protects all parties.
- Compliance and transparency: This mechanism ensures full transparency on the flow of funds and guarantees compliance with each party's obligations.
Opening an account with the partner institution is completely free. Detailed instructions will be provided after your request is accepted and your identity is verified.
5.4 Summary of the disbursement process
- 1. Your request is accepted by a donor
- 2. You verify your identity on the platform
- 3. You open a free account with the partner bank
- 4. You submit your bank reference
- 5. The donor makes the transfer to your partner account
- 6. The 1% contribution is automatically deducted by the bank
- 7. You receive the net amount directly in your account
