I'm in Geneva and I'm hesitating to sign up. The site seems aimed at France... does it also work for Switzerland? Is there anyone here who's done the whole process from Switzerland?

Yes! I'm in Geneva too and I did everything without any problem. The process is exactly the same as for France, there's no difference.
