I had the same problem at first too! The PDF wouldn't go through for me either. So I did it differently and it worked right away.

Actually, instead of sending a PDF, just take photos of your ID with your phone. One photo of the front, one of the back, and a selfie of yourself. That's all.

Put your card on a table with good lighting, make sure the whole card is visible in the photo and that the text is readable. Avoid glare.

Then you go to the registration, click "Choose a file" and select the photos from your gallery. It takes 2 minutes.

If you're doing the registration from your computer, send yourself the photos via WhatsApp or email from your phone, then download them onto your PC.

The JPG format works perfectly. But be careful, max 5 MB per file. If your PDF was too heavy, that might be why it was getting stuck.

Try it this way, you'll see it goes through without any problem.

Hello Lupeotoafa, your request must first be accepted by the donor before you can send them a contact request. You can only contact the donor who accepted your request, not the others. That seems logical.
