How long to receive the funds after validation?

3 days for me. Support had told me between 2 and 5 business days, and indeed it was within that timeframe. Be patient, it's almost there!

On my end in Quebec it took 4 days. It depends a bit on the bank too I think. But don't worry, it's coming!

I received mine in 2 days, I couldn't believe it. Once everything is validated, it really goes fast.

From Belgium: 5 days. It's a bit longer but it arrived. And when you see the transfer in your account, you realize it was real all along!

Marie, yes, you get all of the funds minus the site's 1%. It's the best solution because if you have to pay the 60%, not only will you have very little left, but you'll also have to find a way yourself to pay the 60% before getting the full funds.
It's really a hassle, luckily there's a solution.

Proof of address is normally required to open the account.
To contact a donor, you have to make a request from your personal area.

Bonjour, non. Seule votre situation est prise en compte. En général, il suffit de fournir une pièce d'identité et un selfie pour vérifier votre identité, sans avoir à donner des informations sur toute votre famille.
